The technician who came to clean my ducts thought he would be doing a normal residential system, not realizing that I have two furnaces for separate parts of the house--something the company usually does over two days. But since I live far out, he rolled up his shirtsleeves and got stuck in. He worked non-stop until late into the evening, clocking several hours of overtime without a lunch break. The work was thorough and he even took extra time to teach me how to change filters and make improvements to my system. Pat deserves MORE than 5 stars!!
